BP Groundworks is a family-run business located in the North West of England. It was established in 2017 by Benjamin Pile after a 15+ year extensive career covering all aspects of the Civil Engineering Industry, including working for various local Groundwork and Plant Hire businesses as well as multiple years working for Balfour Beatty installing Multi-utility services around the UK. Dominic Pile (Ben’s brother) joined the management team in 2021 as Commercial Lead, after full filling a 10+ year career working in a Quantity Surveying role for a leading international, multi-disciplined engineering and construction company. The Construction Industry runs through the family, with extended family members specialising in Project Planning & Co-ordination, Project Management and also Claims Management & Dispute Resolution. This provides the company with advanced, specialist knowledge and expertise at their fingers tips.
